Then comes the bait-and-switch: they offer weaker system and say they’ll absorb the cost, only for those options to end up costing the same or even more. After wasting a huge amount of time, the final answer is basically, “let’s wait until next year.”
This is classic overpromise and underdeliver. Don’t lure people in with fake low pricing and then change the story after you’ve already pulled their personal information.
Ok here you go (owner) some more evidence for you sir. if that's the case then that is misleading the consumer to accumulate sales.
Update: Brighthouse has responded and is fast tracking the fix. Andy and the owner are concerned. It seems to be just a series of unfortunate events. Btw it took me forever to figure out how to update reviews since I've never done a review before. Will keep you updated and delete soon.
Edit: I see that there was a response made to my initial review from the owner stating I was to receive a message about remediating the situation, however no such text was received as of Jan 25th at 2230. It is true that I have not paid anything yet, so that is another positive.
2nd edit: as of June 6th 2025 still no word from Mr. Davenport, but did receive my first bill. The very expensive batteries on my house don’t really do much besides sit there and make noise. Still not happy about this company at all.
